“I’m better than everyone at pickleball, and my unmatched record speaks for itself. I dominated Carson Arrens with a 4-1 victory, outmaneuvered Isaiah Quintanilla in a close 3-2 match, and maintained my composure to edge out Jonovan Michael Martinez 1-0. My 5-0 shutout against Devin Thanadabouth showcased my exceptional skills and strategic prowess. My relentless practice, quick reflexes, and keen eye for the game set me apart, making me the top pickleball player around..” Says Jr. Orion Bumbstead.

Pickleball combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping pong. It is usually played on a court with a net in the middle, similar to a tennis court but smaller. Players use paddles to hit a wiffle ball and the game is fast-paced and takes strategy, skill, and agility.
Pickleball can be played both indoors and outdoors, so it’s versatile and can be enjoyed in various settings. The game is relatively simple to learn, which makes it accessible to beginners, yet it also offers opportunities for more advanced players to improve their skills and strategies. Overall, the inclusive and social nature of pickleball is contributing to its rise in popularity among diverse groups of people. “Pickleball is an easy game to learn and once you get everything down, then it’s really fun. With a big group of people, it’s way more competitive with all the teams, and this makes it 10x more fun.” Says Soph. Makai Soun.
“I think pickleball is rising in popularity because it’s accessible and very fun to play. I think people find it satisfying when you get a good rally going. It’s a great way to work out while conversing with other people.” Says Jr. Gio Salinas
“When I get a grip of my paddle I feel like a mighty gladiator wielding his war hammer and it is my duty to protect my side of the court with my life. I don’t show up to lose, I show up to protect my dignity.” Exclaims Jr. Carson Arrens.
