“The morning of December 15, 2023, my favorite rapper of my generation, Kanye Omari West did not drop his album Vultures with Ty Dolla Sign. You know I was really bummed out; I stayed up until midnight just to see if it would even drop, and then I was like, ‘Oh, he’s out west right now, so he might drop at 3 A.M. eastern time,’ and it never dropped. I woke up at about 6:40 the next morning, checked Spotify, and there was nothing. I should’ve known that this was going to happen, based on how normal it is for Kanye to delay dropping an album, but now I have to wait until February 9 for Kanye to potentially drop, but he’s probably gonna delay it again. Kanye West is my favorite rapper because he’s one of the most influential rappers of all time, and he doesn’t just focus on one genre of music, he’s able to apply his skills to all different types of music. For example, two of my favorites songs ‘Dark Fantasy’ and ‘Lost in The World’ are quite different. I just hope he drops his album soon,” Jr. Gerrit Corell said.
