“Well, I really love to work out. I go on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and I focus on different muscles every day. Going to the gym has affected me like mentally and physically, in the way I go into every day it makes me look forward to something after school. I also feel the most confident I have after fully committing to just going, and getting it done. My diet has also become a lot healthier, I make sure to get my protein intake and eat enough so I can build that muscle, and have enough energy to keep it up. It’s also just really fun for me like I genuinely enjoy lifting, running, working my core, and the Stairmaster of course. I think everyone should do at least some physical activity in a day because of how much better it can make you feel in so many ways,” Jr. Olivia Plaggemeyer said.
